Google has pushing out new Page Rank Keys to the Google Toolbar on 4 Feb 2013.This would make the first Google Toolbar Page Rank update of 2013(Upcoming New Year Update) or It was 1st page rank update of 2013 which was Google Page Rank Update 4 February 2013.Normally Google updates Page Rank Keys in the Google Toolbar every 3 months or so. The previous update was in November 2012 and before that in August 2012. Despite Page Rank still being part of the algorithm, SEOs or Internet Experts know that google Toolbar Page Rank is often outdated and not that useful.
